Karamea River Wedding Rings
Stinning, 8mm wide 9ct gold wedding rings, handmade for C&W to commemorate the spot where they met in Kahurangi National Park, New Zealand. They were both hiking the well-loved Leslie-Karamea Track, both making a stop at ‘Venus Hut’ - a ‘tramping’ bunkhouse where adventurers rest tired feet. In amongst the hand engraved contours and river, the hut is marked on each of their rings with a stone; a pink sapphire for ‘C’ and a grass green emerald for ‘W’, both tying in with ‘Cs’ engagement ring. They chose to have a wavy edged finish to the rings, complimenting the twists & turns of the river beautifully.
